IF you know how to do it you can turn free choppy recorders into monsters of recording, like Fraps, for free. I seen videos of how to film in HD using Camstudio, still, not to have lag you need a hell of a computer.

Use Unregistered Hypercam3, it works great and it only has a little bar in the top-left that says Hypercam3

I have the full version though lol.
