.dts File not showing

I know this isn't in the right section but let's face it, almost no one gets answers in Mod. Help fast.
But it might be since it isn't about Blockland, it's about blender.

Okay, so when I click "Open" I see the .dts file as shown below:


But when I open up my files and look in the same area I don't see it:


How do you get the .dts file to send to the scripter?

Click "Start"

Type in "Folder Options" and hit enter.

Go to the "View" tab.

Under "Hidden files and folders", check "Show hidden files, folder, and drives".

Click "Apply", then "OK".

I've done that, I can see App-Data and the other hidden files, but I reinstalled blender, and I've checked in App-Data for it too.

I don't have any experience with blender, to me it's only a bunch of confusions thrown together in a trashcan, and then filled with gravy and tartar sauce.
