Author Topic: Need writing help.  (Read 1625 times)

I consider myself to be good at writing, I have an essay to write about the cold war, I have the entire paper written except for the conclusion, I seem to always have trouble concluding essays, could any one give me some advice on writing conclusions?

what style of essay are you doing? my old english teacher always made us do "why does this essay matter?" stuff in the end. like, why would anyone want to read this. sorta went off on a chain thought and went off for like a whole paragraph. i wouldn't suggest it.

i wrote an essay about the evolution of computer industry.

ending:

"With the rate of advancements we have today, it makes me ask myself 'what will MY children use to surf the net?'"

or something like that. it was for school, so they just told us to wrap it up with a summary.
