Meh. They're not really that fun y'know... It depends on the teams. Also, if the guards are gonna have totally awsome weps, make them the swat, and make the prisoners spawn ouside the cells. If the swat comes, they must have gotten out, right?

Just make sure yours doesn't make the mistake that other servers like Gameking's do.

Use lower powered weapons, and sparsely at that.  Melee or pistols.  No freakin automatic shotguns that all prisoners seem to get their hands thirty seconds into the round.

•Guards need a permit for all weapons that aren't pistols
•No fully automatic weapons
•Prisoners have various ways of escaping, not just one or two entances
•The spots with weapons that prisoners can find and use are hard to get to.
