forget! my comp broke! VIDEO Added. ISSUE Solved.

This happened before anyone noticed how it happened. It gave video errors and fails to boot up windows. Dell had dots all over its logo. There was weird lines in the command prompt. Colors were random. But by how many times i booted up the computer it was twice. So its green/red. And when windows booted up i were to see nothing. but a bunch of gray dots and lines. Ill be happy to post a video on what happened.

I solved it by switching computers. im too lazy to work for a video card like that. Adding video on the new computer later.
