I have sensitive teeth, I can't even drink cold water cause it hurts. And that was even before the braces.

Anyway; the first time you have braces on, it will hurt for about a week and a half. But after that, it will only hurt the next 3 or 4 days after you get your braces tightened.

I think they only hurt so bad because my dentist/orthodontist/whatever tightened and loosened them like 6 loving times.

I use sensodyne, works wonders.

And muffins are fine.
