It was intense, I had to where a retainer with a little attachment to the side, they made a hole in my gum, I had to put the little attachment into the hole, and keep it in all day for a couple months, had to wash it out with a syringe every hour AND every time I ate. I also had to get surgery about 4 times, first one I was asleep, rest I wasn't.
