Your CD drive has the "open tray" problem then. My 360 (before it died) had this problem, but very, very rarely. That, and when you eject disks, they eject still spinning.

Not really, I'm happy with my Ps3.

But seriously call customer support they should help some.

It's fixed. We just had to open and close the tray like 20 times.

That's what my Dad's xbox does. You can fix it by opening it up and cleaning the disc reader. It doesn't help a lot but it helps. Also......

Sadly, that wouldn't really work, main reason being that if the disk does end up out of the drive while spinning (which it has before), all it does is fall down while still spinning. But the sound that it makes when it ejects and keeps spinning scares the hell out of me still, because it happens at complete random.

Great, we got the Xbox360 working but now our mics won't work. My uncle is playing with his friend they both have mics. Both of their mics are plugged in full blast and turned on. They can't hear each other, we look at the player list and it shows they both have mics, but when they talk it doesn't show the little ((( thing or hear anything.  URGH
