Okay. So I recently joined a robotics club at my school, and we're competing in BEST 2010; Total Recall. I'm in charge of programming the robot, the website, and SolidWorks, which is used to model the robot before making it.
It just kicked off today, and the competition is basically:
1. Put balls into tube. Sort out "defective gadgets."
2. Push little cart full of defective gadgets to square.
3. Put non-defective plastic eggs into a cone, which will be turned upside down and put into a hole by the robot.
4. (optional, +35 points) Cover cone with a Frisbee.
So, yeah.
I'm excited about this.
