It's a public video uploading site, if I want to make a 10 minute video that's just a black screen with a background recording of the fan in my room, I guess I should be able to.
Also, imagine how long it would take to screen all those videos for review and how much it would cost to pay workers to do that.
Lastly, how would you feel if your video was rejected, but you thought it was good?

I was looking at some of her videos and she actually has some good material for learning japanese.
Not anything compared to something official like rosetta stone or whatever, but hey, I bet they don't... uh... have the same sort of talent in their examples.
