Love the movie. I have seen it like, eight times. I have a friend who has actually met Danny McKnight.

"Hey Hoot, why'd you do it? Are you some kind of war junkie?"

Saw this last week, the first time I saw it I watched it with my dad and one of his military friends and they started to discuss the little things most 'civilians' would have overlooked.

I'm pretty sure the US army brings in russian tanks at one point. I sincerely laughed at that.

But yeah, other than those little holes, excellent movie, IMO. I particularly loved how there was no specific good guy/bad guy, because both sides had traits of both.

I like it.

The Hurt Locker was better though. Damn I love that movie.

Hurt Locker was awesome.

Hurt locker was quite good.

I especially loved the sniper action.

That bullet took so long to get from one side to the other, you'd see the muzzle flush then like 4 seconds later a guys head would explode.

Speaking of russian tanks in movies, I think I remember reading that the movie Red Dawn had some really accurate T72 mock-ups.

Like, the CIA came and asked where they got them accurate.

I once met some guy who claimed to be an actor or something for Pirates of the Caribbean. He had a whole bunch of pictures of the set. It was pretty cool. He even gave me a picture of the cast.
