Ask her to go out, offer some flowers and start your "releationship" with her by becoming friends, you can help her with lessons over her home and other stuff, after the friendship stage, start offering flowers chocolates etcetra.

Most teen girls don't want a gentlemen. Offering flowers and chocolate just makes you look like a dork.
