So I was wondering, after seeing sites like "Jabberwacky" and "Cleverbot", and such, I was wondering, are there any AI programs that can be downloaded that like, can read the screen and actually control a computer, that can play games, or post on forums like this one, and can do more than just chat with text?

Yes, AI can be programmed to recognize and execute for things like games. It will not type an essay or paint a painting, unless someone else types an essay or paints a painting first. Or maybe it could get information from the internet to accumulate some sentances, idk how far AI can go. I know they made an AI brain that took millions of dollars to run for an hour.
