Yes, you can heart something now and be grammatically correct.

Nothing... can show how loving angry I am right now. The New Oxford American Dictionary was written by a bunch of Goddamn handicaps, and will forever be disacknowledged, even if they try to go back and fix this giant clusterforget of errors. I should make my own dictionary, with the words and meanings that I know are correct, and not ones that are popularly known to be correct.

bromance n. informal a close but nonloveual relationship between two men.

YES

Hater is a word now?

loving lol.

"lipstick lesbian n. informal a lesbian who favors a glamorous, traditionally feminine style."

Wtf.

"parkour (also parcour) n. the activity or sport of running through an area, typically in an urban environment, using acrobatic techniques to negotiate obstacles."

About loving time.

"steampunk n. a genre of science fiction that typically features steam-powered machinery rather than advanced technology."

About loving time.

"tramp stamp n. informal a tattoo on a woman’s lower back."

lol

"cougar informal an older woman seeking a loveual relationship with a younger man."

LOL

I'm not looking further.
