I eat whole jars of peanut butter for snacks.
Is that considered a source of protein or just being fat? :(

High saturated fat.

High saturated fat.
Indeed. I just grabbed an old jar of Jif out of the cupboard.

Serving size: 2 Tbsp.
Per Container: 35
Calories: 190
Total Cal: 6650
Fat per serving: 16g (3g saturated)
Per jar: 560g (105g saturated)

So it will make me gain weight?
I dont know what saturated means

Much better, and in my opinion WAYYY more delicious, is almond butter or cashew butter. They actually make "butter" out of almost every nut, not just peanut.

Saturated is solid matter at your bodies temperature, it will make you fat but also clog your arteries. unsaturated and poly and monounsaturated fats are better for you because they remain liquid inside your body.

Almond Butter? I ha\/e ne\/er heard of that :/
Do they sell that at like, a Whole Foods or something?

I got 3rd place in a tae kwan do tornament when I was in 10th or 11th grade.

I have not done any physical activity since I stopped walking during lunch back in April. Prior to Feburary I had not done anything since Summer 09.
I'm starting to get fat *sobs*

Just came back from the first day of bunjinkan (NINJA SCHOOL LOL). Was pretty fun; got to grab people and flip them and stuff.

They sell it everywhere, cashew is more rare.

It's taekwondo, I was actually a red belt in tae kwon do when I was only 11, but then the place shut down and I got into hardcore computer gaming. I was strong as forget back then I recall. I was only like 80 lbs and I could hold my arms out straight with 20 lb bags on them for 2 minutes. I could also stay in pushup position on my knuckles for 15 minutes. I can't even do that now.

How i miss it.

I am actually of viking decent, about 50% Norwegian. I would love to learn how vikings worked out and train how they did. I have the height of a viking but not the natural bulkiness.

I thought they just did a bunch of drugs and ran into battle
