I thought they just did a bunch of drugs and ran into battle

They threw boulders and logs at stuff before they went to battle.

i was expected some fatty saying he just jogged 10 blocks

I had the most intense workout of my life today too. After the intense vomiting and dangerous levels of dehydrations, I felt great.

Wake up go to school by car
Go to P.E. eventually and lift weights with about 200 yards of running.
Walk home.

Bitch we do things right in my threads.

Tomorrow is martial conditioning again. Yay!

I eat five meals a day spaced between three to four hours apart. If you eat too much in one meal your body doesn't make full use of all the nutrients.

I have updated the OP a little bit.

Otis is alpha as forget.

In the morning I do a bit of light activity to get the juices flowing then I stretch like a motherforgeter. You want to avoid stretching too much before heavy activity or you could hurt yourself; it is more effective after the activity and helps with muscle recovery.

If you think you're going to get into this stuff eventually start as early as possible. It will only make it easier. If I had started at 13 or 14 I'd be years ahead of where I am now.

That's fine for a young teenager. Try to get some pull ups in too. You don't want to do serious bodybuilding as a teenager as your skeletal and muscular systems aren't fully developed yet and that could lead to serious injuries.
