That's fine for a young teenager. Try to get some pull ups in too. You don't want to do serious bodybuilding as a teenager as your skeletal and muscular systems aren't fully developed yet and that could lead to serious injuries.
I use the top of a door as a pull up bar
i use gloves because my hands start to hurt really bad after 2 pull ups

My younger brother is 16 and his biceps are around 16-17 inches in length. Is that bad?

What I'll do every night to relieve stress from school:

15 push ups
20 curl-ups/crunches
Doing that exercise where you step up a step then step down for like 10 minutes.
Run up and down a small flight of like 12 stairs a few times.

I'm a black belt in karate and I put protein powder in my smoothies everyday. Does that count?

16 is a fine age to start serious weight training. Anyway, the length of a muscle doesn't determine its strength really; what is more important is the cross sectional area of the muscle.

I had to skip out on conditioning to finish my math homework. I went for Arnis though. This class is turning out to be really awesome. Worked up a good sweat doing combo drills and we learned about brace blocking and counter-striking. Going back for Muay Thai later.

Protein powder isn't some magic substance; it's just protein. You need to eat a complete balanced diet for your needs for it to be of any effect.

An important part of any training program is the rest process: your body makes all its gains some time after the exercise is performed. Over-training is when you stress the muscles before they are fully healed; if you break down the muscle fibers before they are built stronger you won't see any gains.

I have spent the last two days meditating on everything I've learned this week. This is really just a personal thing, but I do it as part of my resting process. The physical rest helps my body become strong while taking some time to meditate helps me refresh my mind.
