This deserves a bump. I am trying out Bisjac's method and it is great.

What was Bisjac's method?

Oh stuff, read it wrong. It was your method

I have spent the last two days meditating on everything I've learned this week.
So hard not to make a morrowind reference there.  You nearly said word by word what the level up screen says. [/weaklingtalk]

Most intense method of exercise.
Wake up and get out of bed without opening your eyes.

It's been a few weeks now and my body is becoming accustomed to the physical demand. That means I can do crazy intense workouts multiple times a week now. In this short time I've also become three times stronger than I was before.

Oh, I've never played Morrowind actually.

Unfortunately I can't continue Bujinkan due to my schedule. While at the special conditioning and fitness expo this past Wednesday I was talking with this cute girl I like who is in one of my math classes. She suggested I check out Aikido, so I popped over there tonight. A lot of the stuff we did as basics was the same damn stuff from Bujinkan. It also turns out that she is the instructor for the class and I'll be the only person there with her half the time. :cookieMonster:

Want a good cardio workout? Get a jump rope and hop like crazy. Cardio, balance, coordination, legs: jump rope is a great exercise for all of those.

OK that guy can flex his arm, so what? P90X is fine if you need the motivation from it to work out, but I don't need that.
