Unfortunately I can't continue Bujinkan due to my schedule. While at the special conditioning and fitness expo this past Wednesday I was talking with this cute girl I like who is in one of my math classes. She suggested I check out Aikido, so I popped over there tonight. A lot of the stuff we did as basics was the same damn stuff from Bujinkan. It also turns out that
she is the instructor for the class and I'll be the only person there with her half the time.

Want a good cardio workout? Get a jump rope and hop like crazy. Cardio, balance, coordination, legs: jump rope is a great exercise for all of those.
