I'm looking to make a new game with Unity 3D 3 once it comes out, which should be soon. I want to make something like Minecraft in the fact that I can keep expanding it on and on, and its fairly easy to do. Any ideas?

Learn how to program before you wind up like those ten year old kids who think they're smart when all they do is concept art. :/

What scripting language does Unity 3 use? I want to learn :U

It seems expensive. If you're one of those guys who think they can do it and buy it, but don't know what to do, its just a waste of money. You're planning too far ahead.

I plan to use this to learn programming. Once I'm done, I'll make something cooler.

Java, Boo(Kind of like Python), or C#

Well, I have two ideas.
1. A civilization game. Think about it this way; take Minecraft, Civilization 4 (5 looks lovey by the way), Clonk Rage, Rise of Nations, Haven and Hearth, and slam 'em all together. What do you get? This game! You could dig 3d tunnels, fight monsters, train soldiers to follow you and defend your nation, research new technologies, etc. :D
2. I want to help with whatever you end up doing :o
Like, if that's alright with you. :u

Oh. Make a 3d sand game. :P
And not really, this would be a learning experience for me as well. I have RUDIMENTARY knowledge of modeling.
