No, we would be better off with a bot at the moment. But instead, it should be a time limit between words that make it not spamming, such as at least a quarter-hour before it doesn't count as spamming. That would make it somewhat better.
So you got in trouble and thusly call Blockbot stupid because she did her job.Mmkay.
I personally think we're better off with actual OPs looking after the IRC.The Bot clogs up the ban list for typing habits.A human OP has real ban reasons. But me and Ephi already talked about this. He says he's moving onto RTB Connect shortly so he doesn't care about the IRC. If problems arise in these public chat rooms, he'd look for people to help watch over it.
we should have a /votekick on irc
we should have a /votekick
No, we shouldn't.How would it work? If a majority of the users vote yes? It's surprising when 10% of the users are actually using the IRC.What if it's just a majority of the users who actually voted? Well what if everyone's inactive and a group of suspicious users hop in. They could pretty well votekick everyone off.
if people are annoyed of people like 10 people has to say /yes to votekick em
Stop loving insulting Ephialtes' girlfriend.
