Blender DTS exporter help

Alright, so a small question here. Where to put the Blender DTS exporter. and before you say anything, YES I DID SEARCH. And i did all i could find to do, but its not showing up. Put it in the scripts folder, the plug-ins folder, and the Blender folder itslef. I tried running the script and it says "Cannot find blender folder" or somthin like that! Plz help!

Go to your blender folder and branch off into

.Blender>Scripts
Place all files in there, unzipped. Not in a folder, Just the plain files.

edit: do i put the DTSPython files in there as well? Its a folder within the Exporter files

an edit to my edited edit: now it says theres something  wrong with the python script...

the extrude: region tool is your friend.
