They hurt so bad when you first get them and when they get tightened. Gives you an excuse to get a Blizzard every 5 seconds, though.

I got my braces off a week ago after having them on for too long because I wasn't responsible with my rubber bands and now my bite won't be exactly perfect.

Moral: Be responsible if you have to wear rubber bands.
