That depends on your insurance and/or if you take it to court. Most times what happens is that the person who caused the accident pays for all of the damages.

If you aren't certified in CPR, prepare to be sued. Also if someone hit you and you hit someone else as a result you have to pay for the damages of the car you hit, and the guy that hit you has to pay for your damages.
