How do I make a hollow box in Milkshape?

I want to make a gauntlet weapon but I don't know how to make a hollow box. I know how to make hollowed shapes but I don't know how to do it with a box.

It is more simple than just a regular box, this one has a beveled cut, into a regular cube.
