1. It is a fine religion, and the Qur'an only contains one section on the whole martyrs/defending the religion thing.
2. People who gave their lives in war, killing other people for not believing their religion.
3. I believe that god is very possible, I just think that the current western interpretations are complete bullstuff.

all of them?

you should get visited by an angel then pull a metal book out of the ground, then move to a desert and irrigate. I hear it has worked for some people.

Christians can be so intolerant.
?
I'll add to that and say that the evidence they have supporting the Big Bang and the expansion of the Universe has to do with the Doppler effect. Obviously the Big Bang is just a THEORY, but it has supporting fact behind it to be an acceptable explanation of the beginning of the Universe. However, you claim God to exist as FACT and provide no supporting fact behind that. That's the difference in beliefs here.
You hang on the same bullstuff.  If you think that the Apostles were like; "You know what would be funny?  Let's pretend there is some super powerful guy who talks to us.  Then, when we are attacked for our beliefs, let them kill us in the most horrible ways imaginable."  Then there is no reasoning with you.

Are you kidding me?  Let me pull up an old quote of mine.
Ok let me tell you what I believe is the worst rule of all.  This is serious, by the way.

Women have no rights there, so if they are accused of anything in courts, they are almost always found guilty.  For example, if a woman is raped, she has to have 3 other women watching to be able to have the man arrested.  If there is a man there, then the rapist will be jailed.  But, if the woman is raped without anyone around, as most rapes happen, she can't turn him in.

But that isn't even the rule.  Because the women are almost always found guilty, if a woman is accused of adultery, they bury her waist-deep in sand, and then have the village stone her to death.  First her father throws a stone at her, then her husband throws a stone at her, then her sons in order of oldest to youngest throw stones at her, and then the entire village joins in and kills her.
Would you do that to your mom for maybe cheating on your dad?

Get visited by someone claiming to be an angel, get what would be a huge DVD sorta, and then dig ditches for water transport?
What does that accomplish?

not DVD, a literal metal book. from what I have seen it makes it so that you can have multiple wives if you travel back in time a couple hunnerd years. also you have to forsake alcahol and coffee.

The apostles were obviously on a meth trip at the time.

Let me go find the same thing in the Bible, one second....

Edit:

If you think that the Apostles were like; "You know what would be funny?  Let's pretend there is some super powerful guy who talks to us.  Then, when we are attacked for our beliefs, let them kill us in the most horrible ways imaginable."
No, they probably genuinely believed they were being visited by god.
However, it could have just been epilepsy, or schizophrenia.

lol, can't wait for this.

Coming from the guy who can't spell Christianity.

Again, that means nothing. If someone were to create a religion that believed in the existence of an all powerful teapot that performed miracles and created the Universe, wrote stories and created a "Bible" for it, then were attacked for their beliefs, would it make you believe it to be true? For that matter, what about all the other religious beliefs out their? Given what you just said, you should have no problems believing and following every other religion and their beliefs, because the same argument can be made in favour of all of them.

Not really.  They haven't lasted 2000 years and become the largest religion in the world.

So you're on a

"everyone is so I will too"
basis?

Quote from: kjv-lev-20-10
10  And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death .
If I commit adultery with someone, they will be put to death and sent to eternal damnation.

Edit:

Quote from: the previous verse
9  For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death : he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.
If I say anything bad to my parents, I will be killed and sent to eternal damnation.

Lol.
