Mage are you Jesus's younger brother?

christian"s god tells you to do a lot.
not doing any one thing makes you a hell deserving sinner.

there is no other options. you cant just make it up as you go, its all written down for you.
That's if you believe that each of what everything it states is true.

Personally, I don't believe in all of the Bible. It was written by Human hands, God breathed or not. There is one passage, however, in the Bible that defines all my beliefs under the Christian religion and much from my own spirituality: "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it. Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." Something along those lines, depending on your translation or version.

Then God contradicted himself. He says good alone won't save you, and there he says it will. Can Jesus' younger brother explain?

It also states to earn Heaven you need to work here. Or you can go to a heaven without gods light.

I think it says Jesus is your only way into heaven, but it would also be n]ice to him if you aren't a total starfish on Earth.

I'm surprised this is still going on. :cookieMonster:

TheAmazingAthiest is a normal person?

Yes.

He probably said something that made your butt hurt.

I believe that everyone gos to Heaven at some point or another. I don't believe in hell, so there really isn't much else of a place to go.....

omg i love GOD !!!!!!
add more exclamation points and a nonexistent overlord will love you more!!!!!!!1!!!!one!

I am a Cristian. but I also don't believe in all of the bible, for example I strongly believe in the evolution theory, and anything stating how god created creatures not descending off of others I don't believe. Also this question ponders my mind greatly, and mainly goes to why I am religious, how was the universe created, if it were the Big Bang Theory that were true, where did the atoms come from?

I like religious people who think like this.

Evolution theory doesn't go against the bible, people just think it does. Also why can't you just believe the atoms always existed? If a God can always have existed why can't atoms?

Religion keeps the world running normally.
