The World Race Project - [Track 1] Jungle Run

I'm back at last! Now my computer is back I can start work again on this. Also Stone head I need the save so I can work on it while you're not. Sorry guys for the wait but I have been a little busy with school and GCSEs starting up for me.
Looking at how much progress I can get done a day, if I was to do it for as long as I can a day then...
...maybe before or a little after Christmas it'll be up and ready for the public. I'll keep this post update as I can and I'm glad to see people are still interested in this project!

Stone head, we need to talk. ICR me or PM me, then I'll give you the information. Also what about meeting up on your server some time? I haven't seen you on for the last couple of days.
Anyway, thank you everyone for being patient with us, we'll try to get it to all of you as fast as we can!

I have some things i have to do right now, but in the weekend we could probably work some on it, we should probably make the main road before making all the details. But on saturday ill probably host the server.

I'll be able to do some time then, but we can swap the save so I can work on it even while you're away! It's my Dad's 50th this weekend so I'm doing some stuff with him, but I'll do as much as I can when I'm with you.
I agree with you on the detail so let's work on the general bulk sections then add smaller parts when we both have more time. If you maybe give me a time of some sort? I'm only 1-2 hours behind you so it's okay. Anyway I'm glad you're still active! Thought I lost you...

Hey, this would take a lot of work, but it would be amazing if you could have five different types of carts to choose from.

You could use the same basic script, but change the model and the speed/ other attributes.

I think for now we'll stick with our original karts.
Maybe in a future track, but for now it'll be the same.

I can assure I'm working my hardest to keep this project going. This weekend I'm getting the save so I can work on it while Stone is busy, let's just hope it won't take to long.

I saw! Also we think we finally have a basic plan of what will happen as a goal.
Here's the idea:
1. One Month - V1 track finished. BETA start.
2. Two Weeks - Reported problems will be fixed.
3. One Week - Final BETA run with: [Boom, Greek2me, Erik, Stonehead]
4. One Week - Problems found are fixed and are polished up.
5. Finally - Gran opening in [Aprox: 2 months]

We have given our selfs some space to work and relax, that's why there is so much time. Also we have some great news for everyone! It'll be in the next Blog post with in 24hours. We are trying our hardest to get as much as possible done so it's ready for you guys! Thank you all for your patients.

It's been slow...
Had another accident, I seem to be self harming!
This time I went over handle bars of a bike. I hit the curb and landed my face and elbow into it first, then the right side of my body... Cuts on the right side and bruises up my back! It could be worse and I didn't go to A&E or something. I went on with my mates and finished the day on a good note :L

But to the question you asked! I'm thinking of expanding The World Race Project. More tracks are in thought and idea stages, but the Jungle run is going slow. Tomorrow I'm going to go work on it a bit more. Just thinking actually, I need to talk to some of the [SS] members to get some support from people I know I can trust.

Finally, the blog will be updated with all the information of what's going to happen. I hope I can keep this thread up, so thank you Greek2Me for bumping. So for now I'll say goodnight, I hope I can get back to you soon with all the information you need.

Same thing happened to me a couple of years ago.
Went fast down a hill, hit the front brakes, back of the bike flew up, sending me soaring through the air  and face-planting on the concrete with scraped knees and a scar for life.
