it won't launch

i do infact have a password, but didn't log off while i was sleeping

minecraft was frozen when i got on

steam said 'Preparing to launch Garry's mod'

the wifi button was yellow (which means its off)
AAAND i looked in recently played steam games and he played half my games (which i still told him not to)
