This seems like a hassle to make a new video tape because you need to know each named brick and specify each color for each one...

Bricks names to remember:

Numbers 1 to 42
Project

Thats all. The whole system is ready to go, all you have to do is dupe my tape and change the colors and text and your done. Those events are cake.

i think it would be fun trying to form relay chains :D

Aha! I just got an idea for a video clip creater software for BL...

Woo, Seen the video. Nice job! :D

Thanks. Ive left it on level 1 in our lounge as it was in the video, I plan to make some more video tapes for it soon.

Brb, Apping for this clan

This is some good events stuff.

This reminds me of when Events first came out and 50,000 people made TVs and Computers and crap like this. Looks like history repeats iself :o

Indeed.

Nice idea. I have a sudden urge to make my own tape collection now.. Maybe I'll make a higher resolution display screen. :3
With due credit to you, of course, if I decide to follow through with that.

You should definitely make a GUI of sorts that helps you create different frames easier, rather than visualizing it in your mind.(which could be somewhat hard for more complicated videos) You could have a GUI that allows you to design an initial frame, as well as the following animations.

Would be awesome to have Hi-Def videos made on screens of 100+ bricks. Would need some pretty unique eventing + a lot of events though.

Indeed, the tapes would be absolutely massive. Since one block can only support 100 events, you'd need two just to render a screen.

Maybe this could require a multiple block running tap. The base would stay the same but rather than one on top, their would be two separate 1x1 bricks each with thirty seconds of tape or just an extra space block to place more visual events in. This could extend the run time of a video to sixty seconds, or you can make a same length tape but on a larger screen.

You never know.
Just also trying to create a video, having trouble with computer accesses.

...one block can only support 100 events...
stuff. There goes my plans to make a writable video disk. My plan would work, but it requires over 700 events per brick if I were to use 10 color capabilities.

Edit: Well, its actually still possible for me to make, but the disk is going to be huge...
