I never said it would be good to eat McDonalds every day. Quite the opposite actually. And the man who ate mostly salads and wraps, he also had 3 meals of McDonald's per day so it still fits.

I must be thinking of a different video, but as long as you eat proper portions at a fast food restaurant, it is perfectly fine.

The whole point, don't shovel in the Mcdonald's OR BURGER KING OR WENDY'S OR ANY OTHER FAST FOOD. Just eat some chicken breast with green beens, a glass of milk, and a roll.

I don't eat fast food because it makes me sick.

My diet is:
2 sandwiches for lunch. Ham, mayonaise and butter. I use white or brown bread, whatever's there.
Dinner. That's usually 3 potatoes, some kind of green vegetable, and meat, usually steak or chicken.
Late meal for myself.  Usually noodles or some home made pancakes c:
2 litres of water.
A smoothie or two if I'm not lazy. All kinds of fruit are used here.

And that's all I eat daily. I don't eat sweets because I hate sweet tasting things.. apart from maple syrup. I don't eat fast food because it makes me sick.

Yet I still have a beer belly. I'm quite strong though, and kind of tall.

That sounds like a completely horrible diet to be honest.

Also, whoever is defending fast food: loving stop. There is no justification for fast food that doesn't stem from you being a lazy slob who doesn't know what good food actually tastes like because all you do is eat overprocessed garbage all day.

I'm happy with it.

You'd be happier without a gut and with a much healthier heart.

It only takes 2 1/2 cheeseburgers for my 3000 calories, so take that, health nut!!

Breakfast: Bowl of Frosted Flakes Cereal
Lunch: PB&J, chips, Gatorade and cookies
Dinner: Whatever my mom makes, spaghetti or hamburger casserole. Sometimes we have pizza.


Sugar is needed for the body and it's not like all the fat you get is retained.

There are many many different types of sugars. All of the sugar in those junk foods are bad sugar with no other nutritional value. Same thing with the fats.
