When I go ingame to see if all my textures work, this comes out:



This is supposed to be the same color as the slide, but its different color. The slides fine though, wtf.

SUPPOSED to look like this:

Double-check your UV map.
It may be either that, or you gave that part the wrong material.

Also, what are you making?

I never needed UV maps, but added them anyway, and still not working.

also, im making a Halo Reach Magnum.

Why are the two parts that are supposed to be gray difference objects? Unless it's because of animation, combine them with control+J.

everything is seperate. I've never needed to combine anything.

Well combining them could take away that wierd color.

I'm really not entirely sure what could be causing it.

There are backfaces on that model. I can see them.

I can tell you how to fix it if you use blender.

yes, but if its recalculating the normals, I already did that like a thousand times over.
