I kinda like it, It stops people from spamming abusive weapons by giving people more access to abusive weapons.

The reason valve is doing this is to prevent people from selling items for trade on eBay.

New update is handicapped for now.

1. Steam servers are sucking because of the downloads
2. In many cases, when you die, you are following a player on your team in spectator, and cannot respawn without switching to spectator and rejoining the team
3. In some cases when trying to talk you lose the use of your mouse, cannot chat, and any menus that come up afterwards cannot be passed due to a useless mouse.
4. Crafting servers are also going up and down

Any more? I have the new spy knife because I've been prepared for at least two months, crafted it, and can't even use it now.
