I have been trying everything to host.
Can somebody give me a step to step if I post some pictures? (I portforwarded and enabled UpNp on 28000)

What System Do You Have???
Sorry Mess-Up

What Operating System Do You Have?  [Win XP/Vista/Win 7/Mac]

Macintosh, A power mac but it should have no problems

More importantly, what router?

Also I found this in my console:
Binding server port to default IP
UDP initialized on port 17915

Eww, why didn't you just use the airport router 95% of mac users use?

Because I don't wanna spend another loving 100 dollars

This is what worked for me:
When you want to start a server, look at the port that pops up in the black starting console.
Go to "start a game".
Go to "advanced options"
Under "port", type that port that popped up.

Edit the other options that you want and click launch.

I don't think you want UPnP enabled and your ports forwarded at the same time, I believe that I saw somewhere that it doesn't work right when they're both enabled together.

Try un-forwarding your ports with just UPnP enabled, if that doesn't work disable UPnP and forward the ports.

If you already forwarded the correct ports, then there is no need for UPnP. Simply open your Options menu in-game and navigate to the Network tab. From there, look for a checkbox labeled, "Disable UPnP." Simply check this box and restart your server. It should work, if you forwarded ports correctly.
