i was just walking around and all of the sudden i started seeing things like 0s and 1s falling and then everything went black and wireframey green for a few seconds and then i saw polygons everywhere

This has happened to me before. What happens is if you stand up quickly and start to make a motion (IE; Walking or more commonly stretching) blood will move out of your brain quickly causing a few seconds of momentary confusion where your brain is unable to relay signals back and forth in the body. Usually your brain is able to regain it's compose or fairly quickly. But I have found that you are able to prolong the effects if you just don't try to stop it from happening. It's actually quite relaxing to do this until you fall backwards on the floor barely in consciousness.
