I dled Doom(2) emulator for my windows phone recently. Works fine on touchscreen. Search for gfDoom, no idea if it is for iPhones tho.
But you need to buy Doom to get the files needed.

get an app called freeappaday (FAAD), it makes some games free for a day, last week it had duke nukem 3d for free :D
