Read it again. I quite clearly said "if you can upload a video, you must know how to download" which, if your too slow to comprehend, means if you are able to figure out how to upload content to the Internet, downloading content (which is far easier) can't be that hard. Although, since you have such trouble reading, one can only assume you weren't responsible for uploading the video in the first place.
