I looked at the poll at the top and it says people are applying for moderation, but the links went to short little reasons that didn't look very impressive.  I think making a film would make more sense in a filming clan, since that is what I kinda expeced when I clicked the link...

The only things the leaders can do is organize things and accept/decline applications as well as other small things. The mods can only accept/decline applications. Of course anyone who wants to make a movie can organize it if they wish. Other than these things, we are all equal. I needed the best person for the above, someone who would make good decisions.
