Your computer is still infected. The virus is still there. it only hides itself when you do it. Scan your computer with malwarebytes.

i think i need to repair my registries for all the viruses ive had

Try this on a vpc. Screw up the vpc's registrys just enough so the vpc aint screwed and try to use ccleaners registry on that vpc. www.ccleaner.com
