whenever i go to a server as an admin or i start a server, i cant access server control! i tried keybinding it and doing it manually

Make sure you have the latest version of RTB. Reinstall RTB.

1. Avoid IGSO, use RTB
2. PTTA is not only abusive, but failed

Make sure the SERVER has RTB, and that you're either SA or host.
