How tall is a plate in Milkshape 3d?

Im trying to make a custom brick but I don't know how tall a plate brick is on the Milkshape 3D grid. How big is a plate brick compared to the grid on Milkshape 3D.

Well, a flat plate is about the same as the player's hand. Not the outside, just the inside. That's about 5 units I think. Normal brick is 3 flat plates.
