It looks very strange, like some odd cross between a medieval castle and a skyscraper. A lot of just repeating patterns.

I like it, but the base looks alot like a repeating pattern.
Some interior and maybe some balconies would make it look better IMO.

you dont necesarilly have to dupe the same thing over again. do something different on each of the floors, such as:

-maybe a balcony
- a observation deck outhang thingy (like on sears tower)
- or maybe an exterior elevator

anything really, just mix it up a bit. give it some pizazz,

This design would work better if the tower was taller. I like it otherwise, though you should add a base of some sort. "Y" pillars would look good, like the ones on WTC.
