I did it.
Considering the guy intentionally got himself banned from the server during the last major topic, and was being a douche bag to the players, I removed him.

150 Is a high number, maybe too high don't you think? I mean language shouldn't be an issue. Everyone uses it to the point where it is added to our common everyday language and comes out sometimes. But it still shouldn't be a bannable offense.
