How is a playertype able to point down like that? Is it hinged to do that? Does it have some sort of flying mechanic?

Go to third person.

Look down.

Watch as your playertype antimates leaning forward.

I don't know if it is possible to give different animations for looking down in the air and on the ground, but since, as far as I know from my almost nonexistant modelling experience, it is an animation that the engine interpolates to the correct angle, so yes it is possible to turn the whole thing.

Certainly not in this case.
The airdragon leans it's head when looking down.
Not it's body.
I suppose that's an early version of the dragon.
The first idea was to make it a playertype that would be mounted to an invisible flying vehicle at the press of a button.
But that idea was changed when mr. wallet made up an airjump script for Hydralisk.

Actually that's just the falling animation.  :cookieMonster:

Hydralisk removed it from the add-on since it didn't blend well with the fly animation. :(

What.

EDIT: Lern2steam

dude you should try and make toothless from how to train your dragon

He would be very hard to put into "blocko form"
And even if I did make him, he wouldn't be part of this pack. :P

We made him but he was so fast that we couldn't keep him.

Needs more epic flying.
And dragon riding.
Oh and make some sort of weapon that can defeat dragons.
A spear.
That can knock a dragon down to the ground.

Default spear. :D

Flying will be done with some sort of airjumping technique.
Also, i discussed the possibility of a tame dragon.

It might be added.
Dunno.

This is cool.

I hope you guys have a more fluid falling animation, because no falling animation at all would most likely look worse than the first one you had.

hi gala
Actually, Hydralisk said he wanted it to "breath" bubbles when underwater. :P
That's be cool, actually.

Yes, I defiantly agree. I have several more ideas for a falling animation, so no worries! ;)

i know you said you don't need suggestions but if you make an ice dragon thats gonna be cool.
