erm, I don't know if it would fly but the events would be this
OnBotSpawn > Bot > AIBotProperties  > aggressive

OnBotSpawn > Bot > SetBotWeapon > Longrange > (somthing thats like fire)

or can they not be spawned on vehicle bricks o_O.

That's what i did.
With my "Dragon - Fireball" item.
It jumps in the air sometimes when he likes it, so he will fly some distance but not much.
