Fabian Socialists are to Britain as Progressives are to America. Here, progressive is a generally accepted (unless you are a fan of this show) label to have - but since Glenn has demonstrated what progressives are all about it's been diminished. Fabian Socialists aren't rejected in Britain - but when you see what they believe, it's anyone's guess as to why Fabians like George Bernard Shaw are revered.
