Author Topic: Child Cartoons, and loveUAL STUFFZ!  (Read 4268 times)

Am I the only one who notices the huge amount of loveual actions being implied in cartoons and kids shows?

Seriously, even if kids don't know it's love, why put it in the show?

The writers get a good laugh when the kids don't see the loveual innuendos.

Becuase theres no more christian writers to spew thier bullstuff about how you should marry anyone you want to have love with

Give one example.

Older children's cartoons involved a lot more violence than today's though. It's kind of like they had a trade-off between extreme violence and hidden loveual hints through the years

The first cartoon to introduce Mickey Mouse in 1928, titled "Steamboat Willie", featured Mickey throttling a goose to make music. :D

i was watching tom and jerry earlier today and 1 episode consisted of tom pulling a shotgun on jerrys cousin
and another one consisted of a duckling pulling a flintlock on tom.

Old cartoons had pots and barrels and things falling on the characters.
Cartoons today have characters getting punched and slapped and things.
