I still can't connect, and I haven't been able to in at least a week.

1. This should be in teh help
2. You might have bad internet connection.
3. Does the RTB menu show up on teh right of your Blockland homescreen? If it doesnt, you have installed it incorectly

The IRC channel is hosted externally, I think. So I don't think RTB can do anything about it.
