What's filling up my C drive?

Each of the folders only has about 50 MB, Program Files containing 23 GB and another containing 14 GB, and yet my C drive is in the red zone. Apparently I only have 15 GB left out of 140 GB.
What could be filling it up?
Any help is appreciated.

If you are using about half of the memory, it goes in the red.

I just deleted 500 megs of stuff and now it's green. :L
But still, my ram is being loving abused, and programs are closing and my computer's lagging in general.
