A Mining problem

 I need some help with my mining mod, I log on and start it up and all the dirt is clear. How do i change it? I just downloaded it a few days ago and haven't gotten it working. I have no Stat saving, and to upgrade my pick is more expensive than usual. Can Anyone help me with any of that?

There are 3 mining Mods. One is Kalphiters, one is an Edit of Kalphiters, and the last one is Trench-digging.

IT works perfectly until i download infinite mining then it all goes clear. I know you need infinite mining but mine is screwed up. I deleted them all and redownloaded them. but it still doesn't work.
