DTS Exporter - Blender

Hello, I searched on the forums and found what I need, more or less. But there' no .blender in the Blender Foundation/ folder in Program Files/. Any idea what should I do? I am also unable to create such a folder.

Found it. It seems like it's a hidden folder for a reason or another, going to put the files inside, going to make another post edit unless you say something that it works.
